Lean and Industry 4.0 are two philosophies with similartarget to achieve operational excellence. They complement each other to support the growing demand for high mix low volume and mass customisation requirement for manufacturing. As digitalisation is raising new kinds of waste (especially in the area of data), new forms of analysing value streams are gaining in importance.
This workshop is organised by Technical University of Munich (TUM) Asia, and is conducted with knowledge partners, Festo Singapore and TranZplus Engineering.
