BIOGRAPHY

Sun Jiawei Sun is pursuing a Master’s in Rail Transport and Logistics, specialising in transportation. After completing his first-year coursework, he is interning and doing his master’s thesis at TUM Asia, specifically focusing on the PUDO project.

Jiawei’s primary responsibility is to analyse and evaluate the differences and performance of the proposed Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) design after incorporating Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) compared to the existing design. This involves assessing various parameters and metrics related to the design, such as queue length, travel time etc. By conducting a comprehensive analysis, he aims to provide insights to how the integration of AVs impacts the PUDO system and its overall effectiveness.
