BIOGRAPHY

Penny Kong is a designer and researcher whose work focuses on the intersection of design, technology and society. She organised and led the writing of the Project PUDO proposal which was awarded the LTA-URA Urban Mobility Grand Challenge grant in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) and Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore in 2015 and is currently writing her dissertation for a PhD in Industrial Design at the Technical University of Munich.
