18 March 2026 - TUM Asia, the Singapore campus of the Technical University of Munich, and the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) announced a strategic collaboration to strengthen executive training opportunities for companies and professionals within the Singapore–German business community.
Through this partnership, members of the SGC network will gain access to TUM Asia’s suite of executive training programmes designed to equip industry professionals with advanced skills and strategic insights needed in a rapidly evolving global economy.
The collaboration aims to support the continued growth and competitiveness of German and Singapore-based companies operating in Singapore by fostering knowledge exchange, professional development, and cross-border industry collaboration.
TUM Asia’s executive programmes will focus on key sectors critical to both Singapore’s and Germany’s economic ecosystems, including:
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Smart Manufacturing
- Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology
- Automotive and Mobility
- Energy and Environment
- Nutrition and Food Science
Participants will benefit from industry-relevant curricula developed with insights from leading academics, industry practitioners, and global innovation ecosystems connected to the Technical University of Munich.
Beyond training, the collaboration will create a platform for deeper knowledge exchange between Singapore and Germany. Through workshops, executive programmes, and industry dialogues, the initiative will facilitate the sharing of insights on emerging trends, evolving skills demands, and best practices across both markets.
By bringing together leaders, professionals, and experts from both countries, the partnership aims to strengthen innovation, operational excellence, and strategic capabilities across industries.
The partnership reinforces the shared commitment of both organisations to support lifelong learning, talent development, and stronger economic collaboration between Singapore and Germany.

About the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) is part of a network of 150 offices of the German bilateral Chambers of Industry and Commerce abroad in 93 countries.
