A New Chapter at NTU and SIT

A New Chapter for Innovation and Collaboration at NTU & SIT

Technical University of Munich (TUM) Asia is pleased to announce its upcoming relocation to two new campuses at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), from May 2025.

The relocation allows TUM Asia to align more closely with NTU and SIT, fostering deeper academic and research collaborations. Undergraduate students will be based at SIT@Punggol, while graduate students will have their classes at NTU, ensuring tailored experiences that best support their academic journey. Select graduate classes will continue to be conducted at NUS as part of joint programmes.

A New Chapter for Innovation and Collaboration

The move places TUM Asia students in the heart of two of Singapore’s most advanced university ecosystems:

  • NTU’s The Hive: A renowned architectural landmark that supports active learning through collaborative spaces and advanced teaching facilities for master’s programme students.
  • SIT@Punggol: A hub for applied research and industry partnerships, situated within the Punggol Digital District, where students can engage in real-world innovation alongside leading industry players.

Beyond infrastructure, this transition reinforces TUM Asia’s commitment to encouraging a vibrant, interdisciplinary, and connected academic community. Students and faculty will have access to collaborative spaces that encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge exchange.
