With effect from March 2015, TUM Asia (”German Institute of Science and Technology – TUM Asia Pte Ltd”) has moved to our new campus premises at the SIT@SP Building. All email addresses and our main telephone line remain the same.

Our office is open every Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

TUM Asia is recognized by the Ministry of Education as an Institute of Higher Learning & is registered with the Council of Private Education (CPE Registration Number: 200105229R / CPE Registration Period: 13/6/2011 to 12/06/2017). TUM Asia is exempted from the requirement of Edutrust certification.

The nearest MRT station serving SIT@SP will be Dover MRT on the East-West Line. The MRT code for Dover MRT is EW22.

To get to the SIT@SP building from Dover MRT, you will have to walk through the Singapore Polytechnic campus. The walk is estimated to be approximately 10 minutes, with a few flights of stairs involved. If you are unable to climb stairs, you are advised to take a taxi directly to our campus location.

Walking directions from Dover MRT (10 mins)

  • Exit at Dover MRT, take Exit A and walk straight into Singapore Polytechnic.
  • Follow the sheltered walkway past the SP Auditorium.
  • Turn right at the end of the sheltered walkway (above Student Services Centre) and follow the flight of stairs that lead you across the overhead bridge towards W14 and Food Court 5.
  • Walk past Food Court 5 and towards the SPorts Arena.
  • Walk through the SPorts Arena, climb up a flight of stairs, walk past the Rock-climbing Wall and SIT@SP will be your destination.

By public transport

The two bus stops directly serving SIT@SP are along Dover Road. They are Bus Stop No.19061 and Bus Stop No. 19069. Buses that stop at 19061 and 19069 are Bus 33 and Bus 196.

Bus 33 – The nearest MRT stations that Bus 33 can be boarded from are Kent Ridge MRT (CC24), Redhill MRT(EW18) and Outram Park MRT(EW16/NE3/TE17).
Bus 196 - The nearest MRT stations that Bus 196 can be boarded from are Clementi Interchange/MRT(EW23) and Buona Vista MRT(EW21/CC22).

By private transport

The most direct access to the building is by the Dover Road entrance.

If you are taking a taxi

  • Do let the driver know that the SIT@SP building is next to the Singtel Tower (Ayer Rajah Telecoms) at Dover Road.
  • Enter the SIT@SP building by Singapore Polytechnic Gate 2, the SIT@SP building is right in front of the Gate 2 gantry entrance.

If you are driving

  • From Ayer Rajah Expressway
    Heading in the direction of Tuas, take Exit 9 (Clementi Road) and turn right into Clementi Road. Turn right into Dover Road and the SIT@SP building will soon be on your left after passing by the Singtel Tower (Ayer Rajah Telecoms). Enter by Gate 2 of the Singapore Polytechnic campus.
  • From Commonwealth Avenue
    Go in the direction of Clementi, turn left into Dover Ave (right before Singapore Polytechnic). At the end of Dover Ave, turn right into Dover Road and the SIT@SP Building will soon be on your right. Enter by Gate 2 of the Singapore Polytechnic campus.

Parking at SIT@SP

There is a gantry entrance (Gate 2) into the carparks of Singapore Polytechnic right in front of the SIT@SP building. In the event that parking is not available there, you can also access the SIT@SP Building via Gate 1 or Gate 3 of the Singapore Polytechnic campus.

Gate 1: Turn left after passing through the electronic gantry and the SIT@SP building will soon appear in front of you as your drive straight down the road.
Gate 3: Turn right before Staff Centre and drive onto Polytechnic Cresent. The SIT@SP building will soon be on your left.
