TUM Asia’s Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) brings together senior leaders to provide strategic industry perspectives as the institution enters its next phase of growth and transformation in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
Established ahead of TUM Asia’s 25th anniversary in Singapore in 2027, the Industry Advisory Board reflects our commitment to continuous renewal, strong industry partnership, and the development of future-ready talent aligned with real-world needs.
Purpose
The Industrial Advisory Board serves as a strategic platform for dialogue and collaboration between industry and academia. Through the collective expertise of its members, the IAB supports TUM Asia in:
- Ensuring continued industry relevance of academic programmes
- Anticipating emerging skills and workforce needs
- Strengthening industry–academia collaboration and applied research
- Supporting TUM Asia’s role in Singapore’s innovation and workforce ecosystem
- Providing insights to guide regional engagement and growth across Asia-Pacific
The Board plays an advisory role, offering strategic perspectives that help inform institutional priorities and long-term direction.
