Following the heels of the launch of the MSc in Integrated Circuit Design, TUM Asia commenced the second joint degree with NTU – Master of Science in Microelectronics.

To attune to the changing needs of the industry, the MSc Microelectronics was replaced with MSc in Green Electronics with an updated curriculum that focuses on the development of sustainable integrated circuits and microelectronics.
