Our joint Master degrees in Singapore are taught by academia from both TUM in Germany and NUS or NTU in Singapore. All 3 universities consistently come up top in acclaimed global university ranking charts such as the QS World Rankings and Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

The city-like state of Singapore also means you can commute to work within a hour or two, no matter which part of the island-country.
This makes it attractive for graduates to assimilate into the industry. Our German roots also mean that students find it easily to join a German firm and then be relocated to anywhere in the world. TUM Asia has strong industry networks with the major industry leaders. Our tie-ups in projects, scholarships and career fairs or workshops allow graduates to make first-hand contact with these “dream” companies from an early stage.
#5: Meet the world in the classroom
Because Singapore is a choice destination, we receive applications from over 50 different nationalities of students in our graduate programmes. Students in the Bachelor courses will have the opportunity to spend three to five months in Germany as part of their course. Therefore, the classroom experience will include meeting others from a variety of nationalities, backgrounds and cultures. Students have often commented that they learnt to be more open-minded through interaction with different nationalities and the different cultural paradigms usually result in new innovative methods of problem solving.
They leave the course seeing the world differently. Our German professors also provide a continental view on subjects, while their Asian counterparts bring in the local context. Our classroom provides a good test-bed for the workplace, where it has been leveled by globalization. The ability to work with people from different cultures is now an essential skill for the workplace and there is no better place to start than in our classroom.
