Research Interests

Research topics are on the fabrication capability of future conventional and innovative devices on a large scale volume for industrial use and also economical productivity optimization in semiconductor Fabs.

His lectures are about semiconductor technology, advanced devices, reliability of devices and manufacturing economics.

Research Projects

The research projects are financed by Government and industrial partners such as global players like Infineon, Intel, AMD but also by local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Selected Publications

1. Prof. Hansch is the author of over 150 scientific papers, conference talks and patents. He supervised more than 100 students and 50 Ph.D. students from university and industry.
