To confirm the seat(s) of your additional guest(s), please make payment after the submission of this form and email the receipt to your programme officer. Kindly note that there will be no refunds made for any cancellations or if your paid guest(s) do not turn up. There will be no walk-ins allowed on the day of the event and all guests must register with us beforehand. Thank you.
