BIOGRAPHY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prof. Ilkay Yavrucuk received his PhD Degree from the Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA in 2003, \u00a0where he continued his research as a Post-Doc until 2005. His contributions were for the Georgia Tech Rotorcraft Center of Excellence and Georgia Tech UAV Lab. Later he joint the faculty of the Department of Aerospace Engineering of the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. In 2007 he founded a start-up company, Aerotim Engineering, dedicated to the development of state-of-the-art flight dynamics analysis and simulation software for certifiable Full-Flight simulators.<\/p>

Prof.Yavrucuk’s research areas are in rotor aeromechanics, rotor dynamics, modeling and simulation, rotorcraft stability&control, rotorcraft design and VTOL concepts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
