Prior to TUM he has spent ten years as one of the first faculty members of Skoltech, a graduate research university based in Moscow focused on the development of applied research and fostering technology entrepreneurship. From 2017-19, Prof. Golkar served as Vice President in the Technology Roadmapping and Planning department of Airbus CTO in Toulouse France.
