class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Penny Kong is a designer and researcher whose work focuses on the intersection of design, technology and society. She organised and led the writing of the Project PUDO proposal which was awarded the LTA-URA Urban Mobility Grand Challenge grant in 2021.
