Terms and Conditions for Premium Application Support Service

  1. TUM Asia Assistance Centre (“Centre”) does not guarantee the Applicant’s successful admission into TUM upon using our Premium Application Support Service (“Service”).
  2. The Applicant is entitled to use the Service for a maximum of three (3) applications to three (3) different programmes in one (1) academic year, i.e. each registration expires every 31 March (closing date for application) of the academic year. Should the Applicant wish to use the Service for more than 3 applications, a separate registration must be made.
  3. The Centre requires a processing time of minimum three (3) weeks before couriering them to TUM.
  4. Bearing in mind Point 3, the Applicant will bear all consequences of late submission.
  5. The Applicant will bear all other costs incurred to courier documents to Singapore for checking.
  6. There will be no refund to the applicant, should the applicant choose not to use all the services in the Premium Application Support Service package.
