Refund Policy
1. Withdrawal for Cause

TUM ASIA expressly reserves the right to delay, amend or withdraw the Programme or parts thereof at its sole discretion and shall inform the STUDENT in writing within three (3) working days of any of these circumstances. Within seven (7) working days of notifying the STUDENT, TUM ASIA shall provide the STUDENT with information and details of the alternative confirmed course arrangement to allow the STUDENT to make timely and appropriate decision on the alternative arrangement.

Subject to Clause VI. 5 (Force Majeure), the STUDENT shall be entitled to withdraw from the Programme by giving written notice to TUM ASIA of his/her intention to do so if TUM ASIA is in breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement or fails to perform its obligation(s) under the circumstances in Clause III a.

For circumstances under Clause IV 1. A (Withdrawal for Cause). and Clause III a. – b. (Termination) , TUM ASIA shall, within seven (7) working days after notifying the STUDENT, refund to the STUDENT the entire amount of the Programme Fee paid.

The programme application fee is not refundable.
2. Withdrawal without Cause

Where the Agreement is terminated according to Clause III c. – n. and the STUDENT withdraws from the Programme for any reason other than those set out in Clause IV 1 (Withdrawal for Cause). or Clause VI 5.(Force Majeure), TUM ASIA shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the STUDENT’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no later than seven (7) working days after receiving such notice) refund to the STUDENT the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges).

The Programme application fee is not refundable.

In any event the STUDENT may decide to terminate this agreement within a cooling-off period of seven (7) days after signing this Agreement and TUM ASIA shall refund to the STUDENT the Maximum Refund amount, less any Programme Fees consumed by the Student if the withdrawal date is later than the Programme Commencement Date, Programme Application Fee, Miscellaneous Fees and any applicable bank administrative charges.
